Want to lose weight?…..This is where the REAL meets the WELL.  This is TRUTH be told. If you have a health goal to be your best weight and wellness it will require commitment and discipline. You must “Fall in LOVE with your health!” You must give 100% to the process to have success and see defined results. It is within your power. Health Coach Cee Cee can give you all the guidance and tools in the world however, if you cheat during the process you will only be cheating on yourself!!!

 When you start anything new remember to check with your doctor and let him or her know what you would like to accomplish and let them know you are working with a Certified Health Coach to meet those goals. You will be sharing those goals in STRICT Confidence with your health coach. Health Coaches are not doctors they are certified in many practices such as healthy eating, habits that promote health and wellness, sharing healthy principles, scientific information and things to avoid that may sabotage your efforts. It is a team effort towards success.

You will have to change your mindset about which foods promote health and which do not. Realize what you want to accomplish will require your dedication as you take one day at a time.  NO, it will not be easy but it will definitely be worth it.

 Weight loss is approximately 80% diet (what you eat) and 20% exercise (how you move).

“The reason your diet is some much more effective than exercise is because it takes a ton of activity to create a calorie deficit through working out. Essentially, you would need to run 7-10 miles a day to lose 1 pound a week.  The average person can’t keep this up, especially without increasing their caloric intake.”

Once you reach your desired weight and wellness goal you will be able to have those treat days. In the beginning you will want to keep to your nutrition goals to create a balance and consistent routine.  It is a lifestyle change and the more balance you create from the start the better you’ll be for a lifetime.

Meet my First Client:

Hello, I am Coach Cee Cee,

I was my very own FIRST Client on my journey to lose weight and gain wellness.  I lost over 50 lbs!  Then became a Certified Health Coach.

I did this through diet and exercise. I say, “A Diet (noun) is what you eat….Not what you do (verb).

I researched and researched any and everything health (smile). It led me to create my own daily routine because it must be sustainable and work within one’s lifestyle! I even learned to cook the most delicious and creative healthy dishes. What began as a goal is now my forever love. Yes, you must find your unique path and together we will strategize that routine. Eat well, lose weight and feel great! And, NO, you do not have to eat wood, bark or chalk…LOL..LOL..

My next client was my hubby and as he lives with this girl and being supportive he followed with trust and lost over 40 lbs.


My passion is my purpose and to help others achieve their desired health/ wellness goals with success through their genuine and sincere commitment is a WOWW!!
