Please read each workshop description and notice how each one is designed to give you a complete and balanced understanding of how your body works and what actions will make you successful!
All four workshops should be taken together in our virtual classroom in the privacy of your own setting. You may select our four (4) or nine (9) once a week sessions. (we recommend our nine (9) week sessions to accommodate busy schedules). The key to change is in the power of knowledge. If you make the commitment and follow what you will learn you will fall in love with your health!
