First and foremost, we educate and motivate in many aspects of healthy eating, moving your body, learning about the wisdom of your body and engaging your mind to be successful in the daily healthy journey! I provide health and wellness suggestions designed for the way you live your life.
My coaching is a balanced approach to wellness starting with understanding how your lifestyle, attitude, nutrition and exercise choices integrate and set the stage for your overall health. Showing you how simple principles will help you take charge while, working towards achieving your better best self in health and wellness. Fueling your body and feeding yourself and your family with nutritious selections should not be a struggle or a challenge, knowing what or when to eat, and how to shop for quality foods is very important to reaching your desired weight and wellness goal and staying in that positive place for a lifetime!
As a Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute program, I offer a variety of services to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. My services include a variety of custom group workshops, personalized consultations and one-on-one coaching, wellness luncheons and lectures that are appropriate for businesses, schools, community groups, teachers, parent groups, churches, home schools, individuals, and more!
